I would like to try with with chicken breasts like someone else did and take them out early. I love the how the thighs turned out and my hubby ate them but dark meat is not his favorite. It’s a great recipe. This chicken is truly delicious. I have made this recipe four or five times already it's definitely a keeper. It doesn't make much extra sauce so if you want some to scoop over potatoes or pasta you should double the sauce. Made the recipie exactly as shown and it was delicious.  had some leftovers (only 2 of us in my house for now) and it was even better the next day! Added red pepper flakes as suggested (we love a little spice). It was almost like we had our own homemade chinese chicken! Served with steamed rice and broccoli. Just wanted to say i love this recipe! It has became a family favorite I have 2 cooking as I’m writing this! I have a large family and its hard to find something everyone likes but this is one i never hear complaints about. I made this for dinner tonite.  I am amazed at how my chicken turned out perfect, tender, tasty, just like store bought rotisserie chickens. Never need to buy those again. Made this tonight and it was a big hit with the hubby and I. I had to use a lot more cornstarch then the recipe called for but it did thicken and was delicious.
