I just made these with frozen blueberries, and while they did bleed a little they were still very pretty and extremely tasty! Overall, an okay recipe. You can really taste the lemon in this one. I found the batter to be almost frothy, even though I mixed it by hand. I used fine almond flour, and it was very runny. They did not rise, and they baked in 20 min. Overall, the consistency is cake like, but the blueberries sunk to the bottom making the dough moist at the bottom. I would definitely try this again, perhaps adding some banana to thicken, and putting the blueberries closer to the top before baking. This was a wonderful recipe. Easy to make. I was worried about the 400 degree temp but I used a very large muffin tin which only made 6 but they turned out wonderfully and baked 20 mins.
