EASY CHICKEN POTATO BAKE
Great Recipe! I added mushrooms and peas after precookong potatoes, Chef Prudhomme spice to chicken breasts which I butterflied and nestled, and used a Parmesan petal mixture with three Italian cheeses for the final step. It was awesome. Wish I could share the photo. I fried the chicken cubes for 5 mins with the fresh garlic and a little olive oil, set aside and the juices that came off the chicken I then added to my Tupperware container with raw small pieces of cauliflower which I tossed around.
