This recipe was fantastic! I used 2 percent milk instead of the cream and honey instead of the sugar. It came out perfectly. Will definitely make again. This chicken dish is delicious. I wanted more sauce so I doubled the stock. I also added 2 TBS of flour the the onion mixture after I added the balsamic vinegar because I like a thicker sauce. The flavor is amazing. I literally want to lick my plate when I’m done eating. It is really an easy dish to prepare. To speed up the recipe you could always cook the onions in a separate pan and then add to the chicken pan once the your chicken is cooked. I personally found the sauce on this recipe to be way too sweet, although the underlying flavors with the balsamic and caramelized onions are delicious! I had to add quite a bit of both salt and pepper to the plated dish to cut the sweetness. Next time, I will omit the sugar entirely especially because the balsamic becomes sweeter as it reduces, and add salt & pepper to the sauce to taste to...

This was delicious, Although next time i’ll only use half the spinach the recipe Calls for. It was very good, just a little too much stuffing for the size of my chicken breasts. This chicken recipe was delicious! I’m not great in the kitchen but This was so easy to put together. The flavors are fantastic and was just as good the next day for lunch.
