I made this recipe and they were delicious. I let mine bake just a bit longer than recommended and had no problems with crumbling. I also find that many keto baking recipes don’t seem done with the time specified. Very good. I added some lemon juice, since I had a lemon, and that was a very good add. With the additional liquid they did not turn out very crispy, still very good. Sometime in the last two weeks I was actually trolling the web for a low carb chocolate donut recipe, but I didn’t ever find one I wanted to try. And now here is this recipe! Thank you! I’ve been eating Keto for about a year and a half. These were my first try at a Keto chocolate chip cookie, and my first review ever of a recipe. I made them exactly like the recipe but added about a cup of pecans. These were absolutely delicious. I’ve made these twice. The first time I followed the recipe exactly as written, and they were fantastic. I just made them again, but added some chopped walnuts, and they were even better! My family eats them too even though they aren’t following a low carb diet. I love that you can dump everything in a bowl and quickly make cookies. I made this cake using 8″ springform pan and lined the bottom with parchment paper. Cut around the bottom leaving just enough so i could pull ii gently on cooling rack. This recipe made 2 thin awesome cakes (left in oven exactly 20 mins and next time i will double the recipe). I also added 1 TBS instant Esspresso and 1 additional TBS Swerve. For the divine icing, i also added 1 TBS instant Esspresso and extra swerve to taste an a pinch of salt. It is a big hit in my household, I will definitely keep making this cake. I made these last night and my crust portion is way too greasy. It won’t hold together. Seems like too much butter. They taste good but next time I’ll use half the amount of butter. I added an 8oz block of cream cheese to the filling, and zested all 3 lemons into the mixture. This turned out amazing! The taste is addictive. I don’t know if I would have self control other than the fact it is so rich. Right out of the ice cream machine it was very smooth and fluffy. This morning after being in the freezer (yes I said morning) it is very hard. So, I’ll try with more mct or vegetable glycerin. Either way a quick sit on the counter and it will soften. I just made this and it’s yummy. I used half Swerve and half stevia and vodka instead of mct oil. I also added cake batter flavoring and no nuts. Very tasty and firmed up nicely but it was gritty. Not sure why. I used an ice cream maker. I didn’t use choczero but stevia. Maybe that was it. I guess next time I can try liquid stevia to see if that helps. I made these for my dad's birthday tonight and they are the bomb! Unfortunately I overcooked the "sweetened condensed milk" mixture, didn't have time to make more so I just rolled with it, and they still turned out amazing. I also do not own any cast iron (I know gasp) but a baking dish worked well! I'm pretty sure as badly as I screwed up that these are pretty fail proof. I made the peanut butter cookies, and used pyure sweetener. I also used smuckers organic all natural peanut butter, and threw in some hershey's sugar free chocolate chips. I tried this recipe and it was delish! I didn’t use the whipping cream and the cookie still didn’t crumble. I mixed natural Splenda and Brown Sugar Splenda. I didn’t use as much as the recipe called for. I really liked the taste. ALso, there wasn’t any after taste like most sugar free cookies. I just made this and it’s by far the best keto cake recipe I’ve attempted. Not at all dry, which has been a huge problem in other recipes I’ve tried. Fussy to make but worth it. My only modification was two squirts of liquid stevia added to the batter as I’ve had swerve fade a bit in baking in the past. This cake is good but you can really only eat like one or two bites at a time I’m realizing. With all due respect though – Its entirely toooo sweet. My husband had 3 slices at once and almost instantly felt sick from the Erythritol in the Swerve. My daughter is only 7 just had a half of a slice and it gave her an upset stomach to where she vomited. I don’t like sweets to much so I just had a slice and it went right through me. I would recommend maybe half the Swerve or to use Stevia instead. I’m not trying to knock the recipe cause it’s great and it looked like a normal cake. Saw this first thing this morning and ran out to buy cranberries. Just made them and have to say these are the best muffins I’ve ever made. Blending them changed the texture in the best way. All muffins will now be blender mufffins in my house. My batter was super, super thick as well. Nearly killed my basic blender and my flour isn't packed down at all. I made these for the first time today and they are delicious! I accidentally softened 2 Tbsp of butter instead of 2 ounces (so half of what the recipe called for) and they turned out just fine. I also mixed everything in my food processor. I started with the thawed strawberries, then the Swerve and vanilla, then the butter, then the cream cheese. I stopped to scrape the bowl each time.
