Baked mozzarella chicken rolls
Amazing chicken recipe, the whole family enjoy it. I used chicken cutlets and doubled the recipe. I used cream cheese with chives and left out the peppers. It was delicious. Very easy to make. A very good recipe. I used baby spinach leaves instead of the green pepper and used my homemade tomato sauce and it turned out amazing! I also used toothpicks to hold the chicken closed. My chicken didn't look as perfect as the picture but the taste certainly made up for it!
