Made this recipe twice already. My family loved it! Made it with a side of pasta and rice. Added red pepper flakes on top for spice. My daughter typically doesn’t like the taste of lemons, so I was a little worried that she wouldn’t like it. She ended up gobbling it up and did her happy dance! My husband couldn’t get enough of it either and went back for thirds. I served it diced up and on fettucini, with a side of steamed broccoli. Made this for my family and they lapped it up. I skipped the dredging and air fried the chicken and added a splash of Worcestershire to the sauce along with fresh sage, rosemary and thyme. I made this early this morning to bring to my home that is being renovated. I also made a mistake and added too much olive oil! I tossed in a little bit of flour to correct that. I must say that this is one of the best chicken dishes I have tasted in a long time. It was super juicy and flavorful even after being reheated later in the day. This recipe is a big keeper. I can’t wait to try the next one.
